Watermelon Mason Jars DIY Kit

Paint these mason jars like watermelons for the perfect addition to your summer picnics.   Use them as utensil holders, as a flower vase or add them to your tiered tray or vignette. 

They are also great for centerpieces for baby showers, or birthday parties ("One" in a melon)  Paint the jars and add the vinyl seeds.. tie some jute rope around the jar mouths and you have some beautiful watermelon decor.

Option #1 - 3 different sizes of standard mouth mason jars (4oz, 8oz, 16oz)  OR

• Ultra grip product to prepare mason jar for painting - includes a foam brush
• 3 colours of paint (green, light green, watermelon) - substitute colours in the notes.
• Black peel & stick vinyl watermelon seeds in various sizes 
• Foam brushes – 1 per paint colour
• One detail brush (for touch ups)
• Sandpaper for distressing or smoothing
