RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Unused products purchased online can be returned with receipt of purchase within 30 days.
If items have been shipped to the customer, returned goods is at the expense of the customer.
If the product is damaged or has an imperfection when received, please contact us. Please do not return goods without advance notice and approval of YouCanDoItDIYKits.
A photo must be sent within 7 days of delivery to seek replacement or return of goods.
No returns or exchanges on opened paint, supplies, accessories or items that have been used.
It is SO EASY to paint and stencil your own décor. So easy, we guarantee it. If you make an error with the stencil (fold over on itself, etc) and you are completely dissatisfied, please contact us. There is a solution! We want you to be so happy with your masterpiece. If you are not happy, contact us to work it out!
NATURAL WOOD DISCLAIMER
Each piece of wood is hand cut, sanded and inspected, but please be aware that wood naturally has flaws. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, variation in wood grain and natural imperfections in your wood. We view this as an integral part of the rustic wood charm of natural wood and not as an imperfection.
